Introduction
TSplas utilizes premium resin materials and advanced five-layer co-extrusion technology. It delivers superior puncture resistance, tear resistance, and exceptional barrier properties against gases and moisture, while also offering enhanced durability against aging. This ensures an optimal anaerobic environment for silage fermentation, preserving nutrient content and overall feed quality.
The TS-WRAP silage cover film is engineered with a five-layer co-extrusion structure, featuring three white layers and two black layers. The top white reflective layer effectively reflects sunlight, while the opaque black bottom layer blocks light penetration, providing shade and reducing heat buildup. The film is available in single widths of up to 20 meters, and can be seamlessly spliced to achieve a total width of 40 meters.

What is bunker cover made of ?
Our bunker cover is produced using high-grade polyethylene resin and advanced multi-layer co-extrusion technology. It is UV-stabilized and contains additives for enhanced tear, puncture, and weather resistance.
Why is one side black and the other white?
The black inner layer blocks sunlight and UV radiation, preventing spoilage and maintaining feed quality. The white outer layer reflects heat, reducing internal temperature and minimizing nutrient loss.
What sizes are available?
We offer a wide range of widths (from 10 to 60 feet) and lengths (from 100 to 200 feet). Custom sizes are also available upon request to fit specific bunker or silo dimensions.
How is the cover secured?
The sheeting can be anchored using sandbags, tires, or attached tie-down straps. We also offer optional accessory kits for improved wind resistance and stability.
How long does the cover last?
Under normal conditions, our covers provide reliable protection for 1–5 years depending on exposure to sun, wind, and mechanical handling.
