TSplas offers a comprehensive range of stretch pallet wrapping solutions, including Hand Wrap, Machine Wrap, Pre-stretched Film, Banding Film, Extender Core Film, and Colorful Film. For instance, our TSplas Supreme Hand Wrap can be made as thin as 8 microns. We are capable of customizing the properties of each film to satisfy specific client requirements. Additionally, we provide specially engineered stretch films tailored to unique applications—such as UV-stabilized film—available in widths ranging from 40mm to 2500mm and thicknesses from 8um to 100um.

What is the difference between Hand Wrap and Machine Wrap?
Hand Wrap: Designed for manual application. It is typically thinner (lower gauge) and requires less force to stretch, making it easier for a person to use. It comes in rolls with a smaller core (e.g., 1-inch or 3-inch).
Machine Wrap: Designed for use with stretch wrapping machines. It is generally thicker (higher gauge) and stronger to withstand the higher forces and speeds of automated equipment. It comes on larger cores (e.g., 3-inch) to fit the machine spindles.
How do I choose the right stretch film for my application?
Consider the following factors:
Load Weight & Stability: Heavy, unstable, or sharp-edged loads require a higher gauge (thicker), stronger film.
Application Method: Decide between Hand Wrap or Machine Wrap.
Storage & Transport Conditions: Will the pallet be outdoors? If so, consider a UV-resistant film. For long-distance transport, a high-performance film is recommended.
Cost-Efficiency: If you use a machine, a film designed for high prestretch can offer significant savings.
